I was contacted by Lisa North at SBS Auto Enrol last year and, after a brief discussion, arranged a face to face meeting at a time agreeable to myself.

When she arrived she spent as long as I needed outlining the auto enrolment pension requirements and how she and SBS would be able to help us which included coming back to our office as many times as needed to hold meetings with our employees to explain the pension scheme, how it would work and who would be eligible and I was reassured that all the Auto Enrolment legal requirements would be met by the company.

Once our staging date came around Lisa came out to our office to guide me through the process of recording the salary information and uploading it to the auto enrolment processing centre. She is also coming back to assist me after the postponement period to ensure I am confident with the process once pension payments are to be deducted.
